Delivery Policy

Delivery is strictly within New Zealand, to street addresses ONLY.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually the same or next business day, and dispatch operates Monday to Friday. We process orders as fast as possible, but dispatch can be delayed during peak sale times.

In the event that an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be contacted as quickly as possible to choose to wait for the item to come into stock, choose an alternative item, or to receive a refund of payment. Orders are generally not split unless specifically requested.

We generally require a signature on delivery, and if no one is available to sign for the delivery, it will be taken to the courier depot for collection. A card will be left notifying you of this.

Expected delivery timeframes after you have placed your order are as follows:

North Island  2-3 Business days  
South Island  2-4 business days  


Delays in delivery are out of Voyager's control, but we will resolve any transit issues as quickly as possible.

If an incorrect delivery address has been supplied to Voyager, the customer will be responsible for additional postage costs.

If delivery is to a business or work address, please supply the name of the business in the shipping field of your order. This avoids any confusion when multiple businesses are at the same address
